RiverStone Owners Club respects the privacy of our members, visitors, volunteers, event participants, and supporters.
We are an independent community of RiverStone RV owners and enthusiasts. We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate the Club, communicate with members, organize activities and events, and support the Club’s future nonprofit mission.
We do not sell personal information.

Membership dues, donations, and payments
RiverStone Owners Club collects a $25 annual membership fee, and may in the future accept event payments, donations, or other financial transactions. Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors (such as PayPal or Square). The Club does not receive or store complete payment-card information. Payment processors collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.
Information associated with dues or donations may be retained when required for accounting, tax, auditing, nonprofit governance, or legal purposes.
Events and rallies
Information collected for rallies or other Club events may be used to manage registrations, communicate event information, coordinate campground or venue requirements, manage volunteers, support event safety and logistics, and maintain appropriate Club records. Only information reasonably necessary for these purposes is shared with event organizers, venues, vendors, or other parties involved in conducting the event.
Photographs and event media

Email and Club communications
Members and visitors may choose to receive Club announcements, newsletters, rally information, and other communications. Recipients may unsubscribe from optional electronic communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting the Club. Certain administrative messages relating to an active membership, registration, transaction, or event may still be necessary.
Third-party websites and services
The RiverStone Owners Club website may contain links to external websites or services, including social media platforms, campground websites, vendors, event services, and other organizations. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. RiverStone Owners Club is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services. Information you choose to post publicly on Facebook or another social network is governed by that service’s privacy practices.
Data security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no website, email system, or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security. We periodically review the information we collect and the systems used to store it.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required for legal, accounting, tax, nonprofit governance, or administrative purposes. Information that is no longer reasonably required is deleted or anonymized when practical.

RiverStone Owners Club is intended primarily for adults and is not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through the website.

As RiverStone Owners Club grows, we may add services such as member accounts, event registration, donations, member directories, or additional online resources.
